For IT administrators
Onboard your school.
mydocs.school is a multi-tenant Microsoft 365 application. To let students at your school sign in, your IT administrator needs to grant tenant-wide consent — this happens once and takes about thirty seconds. You will be asked to:
- 1Sign in with a tenant administrator account (Cloud Application Administrator or Global Administrator).
- 2Review the requested permissions: read the signed-in user's profile, OneDrive files, and OneNote notebooks.
- 3Click Accept.
After consent, you (and any other user in your tenant) can sign in normally — students will never see a consent screen.

Not the IT admin?
If your school hasn't turned mydocs.school on yet, you can ask your IT team to enable it. We'll draft the email for you — fill in two fields and your email app opens with a friendly explanation and a link back to this page.
