UK graduand cohorts, self-served.
Russell Group, post-1992, FE colleges with degree provision, conservatoires — the leaver pattern is consistent. mydocs.school fits the M365 file workload piece without disrupting your alumni email programme.
The graduand pattern
UK universities typically run a layered alumni programme: email preserved (often on a downgraded M365 licence), file workloads decommissioned at or shortly after graduation, third-party SaaS access tapered. The file workloads — OneDrive, OneNote — are where graduands lose the most without realising.
Cohorts that benefit most
- Final-year undergraduates with dissertation drafts and supporting data in OneDrive.
- Taught postgraduates with substantial coursework and project files.
- Research postgraduates with multi-gigabyte research drives, lab notebook OneNotes, and pre-publication drafts.
- International students returning home after their course, who often have no good replacement for the school OneDrive once their UK account closes.
Compatible with UK HE compliance
- UK GDPR & DPA 2018 — university is data controller, Muon Works Ltd is processor.
- JISC-style procurement — DPA available on request, model clauses negotiable.
- Data residency — production in London region; data does not leave the UK during processing.
- Conditional Access compatible — university MFA / device / location policies enforce normally on sign-ins.
- SOC 2 / ISO 27001 — not currently held. Discuss early if your procurement requires it.
Pricing at university scale
